Week 1- Medifast

Today I started my Medifast, as promised; the start of my journey with a photo and a weigh in.

The first three weeks you are not supposed to exercise, you can gradually start doing about 10 minutes after your body adjusts and then go from there. I thought I'd walk today, but I feel weak, and I'm tired. Definitely having sugar withdrawals. Good news is that I'm not hungry. I may try to take a waltz down the driveway to the mail box. I still have my lean & green meal to eat and 1 more Medifast meal. So far, so good. Hunger is under control. The worst part about this is the sugar withdrawals. I CAN DO THIS!

Weigh in: 200.4 lbs
